  • Invoicing with ABN

Posted by Laura on November 30, 2022 at 3:01 pm

I have selected no tax return this year. I will be invoicing as a productivity of labor. I will also be adding my signature ‘by Laura clair adams’ laura clair adams, all rights reserved as shown on my interstate license.
I may have to provide my sole trader ABN to get work, which was linked to my TFN that I selected no future return. Will it flag me adding the ABN there?
Some people have given me advice saying yes, and some have said no. So I’ll ask here.

Mark does say in his conferences that it is better to declare some income if you have declared income up until now. If you want to know more then invest in the Rules of the Game workshops.

When I get work, I’ll have a look at that. I haven’t been declaring anything on my sole trader abn but I have used it to contract.

If you have never declared anything up until now (because you haven’t had any ‘income’ to declare) then it shouldn’t raise any red flags for them.

    No income here? 🤭

I was an employee on a payg. Got mandated as well as the rest of us on SE 😂. then started contracting. So I had 7 months of Payg, and 5 contracting.

I actually randomly met an accountant who was like minded about the world now. She offered to checked my tax. She did say the contracting company couldn’t be seen by the ato, and wasn’t recorded on their system when she checked so she didn’t add it at all (interesting). She helped me get everything under $18,200 in a way that won’t flag me, and she selected the no future tax return. She sent it through for me online as a favour and didn’t charge me her fees. But I actually wanted to send my forms in by post with the signature, and just copy what she had done. it was so kind of her though.

I will have to do an amended return to add the signature. I guess I should really add the contracting company, as just the $100 as something for the salary and wages. But because she said they couldn’t see it I’m thinking they won’t, because I have never added my own abn to a tax return before. Only the payg from the job I got mandated from, was on this years return, so it might help the Abn amount stay under the radar.

My friend does need to start contracting and will need to get an abn so she can just not declare it to start with. 😊😊😊

    Hi Laura,

You’d be better off not paying tax at all.

If you learn the steps to set up a private trust and also private foundation you can basically earn up to $18,200 under the tax free threshold and then any excess Money made / earned goes into your foundation account which is basically a charitable donation completely tax free and legal to do as the elites do .

Look up the tax office “self assessment forms “74414 and 3416 forms . Private Trust and Private foundation .

As Mark teaches once you exit the public and enter the private it’s easier to create wealth

Use their system to your advantage .

Only thing stopping you is time , knowledge and or yourself as all things in life .

    All the best .

    Pete

Thanks Peter, I think I need to go down this road. Did you get the Non registered Trust from Mark and is all the Director ID stuff in regards to the Foundations, and will it effect late comers?

      Cheers Ant

Hi Ant, no unfortunately I couldn’t take up Marks Special offer to have it done for me at $4000 last year . I used another common law group that charges $2500 at the moment ($5000) normally ) but you have to learn all the steps and set up your private trust and private foundation yourself .im sure the ATO Corp are going to be haemorrhaging money as more people get to learn what the wealthy have been doing for a long time .

Yeah, I’m trying to bounce back, so I will have to teach myself as well. I’m self employed and I am just doing the agent for my dead entity for now. I walked away from a house with my Ex, because I don’t want to get scumbag Lawyers involved, but am feeling the need to set up a Trust for my boys and also protection for myself. Now I am getting into the thick of it. It is hard to look at the system any other way, once you see it. I’m just a Man before any name or title, doing my best.

Thanks for your post as well, us Newbies are seeing what you are all going through and you are helping us learn from it.

          Keep smiling, Ant.

            You’re welcome Ant.

From my understanding private trust and private foundation is the best way to go when it comes to avoiding tax legally altogether.Start doing some research on private banking trust account and private foundation account most banks have these however you need to sit down and discuss it with the bank manager and know what to say to set all this up and use the ATO’s own forms which I’ll post shortly .

74414 is the banking trust form which is filled in but not sent to the ATO as it states it on the form and the 3316 form is the foundation trust , again not to be sent to the ATO as it’s private. In a nutshell all property is held in the trust account and then anything over the $18,200 threshold gets “gifted” to the private foundation account as a “charitable gift” which the ATO cannot interfere with as they have no jurisdiction to say how much money you give to a charity. It’s as simple as that but setting it up takes a little bit of time and knowledge.

Mark can take care of it for you if you have a lazy 5K to have it set up for you on the most part which you will make back a lot more within the first year .

            Regards

            Pete

Thanks Pete and I appreciate the information. I will look into those forms and I have the module to go over. I’ve been having a break from it all. You end up going on to videos, documents, net, books, chats, etc and the head needs a break, but you know there is a lot more to come. I’m just moving forward one step at a time.

Hope all is well with you.

              Cheers Ant

Hi there – do you mean someone in another group did you tax return for you for a price?

            Hi mate.

No I bought the minimising tax from Mark and followed the steps as per the previous webinar you can watch anytime you should have access to if your a member .

Just be careful if you’re new as the tax office is cracking down on this probably because they’re haemorrhaging money left right and centre by people doing this I’m currently waiting for the last notice to be sent before I have tacit agreement with the taxation office that they’re 8 1/2 thousand dollar administrative penalty is Nolan void as they cannot provide evidence that this is lawful and then I can start going after them for all tax credits withheld as per my affidavit and tax return sent .

            Cheers

      Hi guys 🙂

I’ve only just logged back in after all this time. Thank you for all of the info and advice here, its very much appreciated 🙂
I have recently set up a non-registered trust through solutions empowerment. I have just sent my email through for the foundations link to, I think Peter Duff so I’ll start looking into that as well.

on a separate note, I may not even need to bother doing an amended return for the signature to add “all rights reserved and to the best of my knowledge”, because I didn’t sign the tax agents final tax return form at all, and I have claimed the PAYG income correctly easily getting it under 18,200 with the accountant. I never claimed on the ABN before so it’s not visible to them. I don’t see how they could have any issues. As DOJs has mentioned, I can set myself up from here on out, in the private.
Q – should I wait until I create a foundation before I connect a bank account to the trust, with the trust need to be noted or connected when creating a bank account?

    Hi Laura.

Great to hear you’re on your way to saying goodbye to the ATO Corporation from my understanding it’s best off setting up the private trust with one bank in the private foundation with another bank that way it’s completely private in either bank can’t see what’s going on it doesn’t matter which way you do it whether it’s setting up the bank trust account first or the foundation first depending on which bank you use I don’t think the foundation trust Requires the private banking trust details listed on it.I’m sure Mark is using the ATO’s forms to set this up for you which actually states do not send these completed forms to the ATO so I don’t think it really matters which one you do first or if they need details of either account listed on the form.

    Hope that helps

    Regards

Lovely, that all makes so much sense, thank you DOJ 🙂
yes, it is very exciting and fun to learn. Once I understand it all it will benefit me for the rest of my life. It’s funny my brother is sooooo scared I’ll get done by the ATO. His friend used common-law to avoid tax and ended up going bankrupt (of course). I very basically mentioned non-compliance is why he got in trouble that I’m complying and using their system as it is set out, Plus I’ll use equity law anyway. But I’ll wait until I have really set myself up before I go into detail explaining it to others and helping them understand. They are still so conditioned into fear, it will just be easier to show them a full working system, before I help them get started and setup.
