  Notice to agent is notice to principal

  As part of my learning journey I’m conducting my own independent research to validate that what I come across is in fact true and ensure that I’ve understood it correctly. As I come across useful proof point I’ll share with this community. If you have the same please feel free to share here or even correct me if you know better.

  I’ve been wanting to understand ’notice to agent is notice to principal’, I’m currently reading a study by the University of Pennsylvania in 1916 which also goes into different types of. Notices. Here is the link if you’re interested to do the same.
