  Hi, I’ve modified and sent the notice to ABRS on my own, before the new templates for the ABRS were sent to me. The only thing different to mine was the addressing to the assistant commissioners, Amanda Keeble, Natasha Davis, Martin Jacobs and Jaye Taubman.

  I have sent out round 2 already to Chris Jordan. Do i resend again beginning from round 1 for the purpose of the assistant commissioners or will it be fine falling under the maxim, notice to principal is notice to agent.? Maybe on the third round i’ll add their names? Thanks!

  If they are at the same office it should be ok but if you are going to add their names it’s probably best to send them all three rounds, so round 1 and two to them and then add their names on round three. If they are at a different office then it would probably be best to send them all three rounds.
