Hi Morag-janet,silly question maybe do motions have to be lodged with with the clerk of court before hearing? I lodged mine although in the stamped copies received back from the clerk the witnessed motion, birth cert and court notice were not included, they were not referenced as evidence in the affidavit. I’m still confident of a dismissal, with the rest of my evidence but how can l move the court and notice them without paper? Does this sound odd to you? Cheers Matt
