    Hello

I have an expiation fine notice brewing. First did 3 unclaimed, beneficiary, trustee etc statement return of unopened letters for expiation and fine unit. FERU then sent me Notice attached. I wrote the do not accept etc statement and returned along with ‘Notice of Non consent and demand for further particulars’ from me attached. Addressed this notice to FERU, Dept of Treasury and SAPol. Only received a reply from FERU attached. This where it is at.

I am about to sent Notice of Default now. Letter from FERU didn’t answer a thing, just guff. According to this letter they have suspended my Licence in Par7.

My intention is to get the matter dicharged with no furthur escalation and get my License and any other rights reinstated without things getting frothy.

QWhat stops further escalation they have threatened ie garnish wage, bank account impound vehicles etc. until this gets discharged by them. Will asking for a review by the chief recovery officer stop this? Ombudsman?

QDo i add a paragragh from me in default notice re license suspension breach and being a right protected under International declaration of human rights and reinstate license now’ that was in Q&A in Sep?

QI noticed them regarding my fee schedule and cost of further notices in my demand notice. Do i include invoice with this Default notice including 4x$fine and fee schedule stuff?

Reply letter from FERU, is rebuttal required in this default notice or just general statement that we received their letter and our questions were not answered and here is another opportunity?

It was a non-answer and potentially a new offer to contract with them
so you need to stay in honour and reply to it:

Thank you for your letter dated xxx, in response to my letter to you of the xxx (please see copy attached). It appears that you have somehow misunderstood the points that I raised in my previous letter to you.

I am seeking substantiation that …… (and repeat the list of questions/proofs you
      asked for)

      Failure to perform to our directions in ‘1’ or ‘2’ above yet continuing to proceed with your unsubstantiated claims will ensue;

      1. You accept full liability for the outcome of the proceedings…etc

      PS
Two ways to halt or pause any escalation such as loss of license:
      1. Pay the fine with a Bill of exchange or promissory note, or
      2. Elect to have the matter determined by a court of competent jurisdiction

The latest from Sth Australian police fines unit is that as well as ignoring our notices,
they have now ignored written notice requiring the matter to go to court and they
are continuing to add fees to the original fine and now loss of licence is imminent.

There must be some way of getting this into a court where it can be dealt with properly,
        but how?

Maybe discharge it with BOE and they’ll probably take you to court to try to extract some more from you. Pay for and watch the Rules Game Workshops for in depth solutions.

    Thanks for you reply Jeff

I will do all of that. I will do the BOE as well, just as insurance.

    Thanks again.
