  NSW Rental Bonds – NSW Fair Trading may cancel or suspend at any time, no reason

  Hi All,

  Happy New Year!

  This is my first post. We live in a rental property in Sydney, NSW, been in the place for 10 years. We have been asked to complete an Online Bond application (instead of the Paper one). There is just a tick box to agree, no spot to sign. Attached are the T&C’s. The T’s & C’s said “NSW Fair Trading may cancel or suspend at any time, no reason” which made us a bit nervous.

  We do not agree with the T&C’s, as it is online & tick box. We now don’t know how to handle this.

  We would love to get some suggestion what to do.
