You can write c/o the address you use. Put any postcode in [ ] square brackets.

      Thank you for that!

Also where it lists the exhibits with initials and a number on the affidavit, does it need to have that exhibit initials and number ON the exhibit?

I don’t under stand the page #s of the list of the exhibits on the affidavit. What is that supposed to coincide with?

Hello. We’re just compiling an affidavit for our Director’s ID response and were curious about how the exhibits were actually labelled. Does anyone have any guidance of whether the exhibit number is actually written on the true and accurate copies of evidence or labelled. Does it detract from the veracity of the exhibit if it is written on?

No, it is ok to write the numbers on the exhibits. Just make sure any copies are photocopied then signed as a true and correct copy by a JP. The JP only has to read the first and last paragraph on each page to verify it is a true and correct copy. Also s/he has no jurisdiction over the contents of your documents s/he is just there to verify the copy is accurate.

When I make copies I use a second JP to witness that they are true and correct copies (this stops any conflict of interest), after I have used the first one to to take my affirmation and to witness my signature on the affidavit. The jp witnessing the copies needs to sign each page as well.
