  Tenants required to pay for water usage

  Hi All

  Has anyone had any success along the lines of the supposed requirements for tenants to pay water water usage while in a tenancy agreement?
  Meaning, the real estate agent and/or landlord has invoiced you for water usage, essentially sending an invoice to you with a copy of the water usage invoice from their local council.

  If it is not in your tenancy agreement to pay them then it can be challenged. You could then learn the three step notice process with affidavit to create an equitable estoppel agreement with the landlord, that you are not responsible for them.
