  Hi, could someone please tell me what to do with the ‘certificates of mailing’? If I send them in the envelopes then I don’t have the evidence of what the envelopes contain? So I’m a bit confused… thank you

  Hi you photocopy the mailing certificate/s after you get the witness to sign them, then the witness puts the documents in the envelope, you take a photo of the envelope with the address etc on it and you film them posting the envelope. You keep all of this evidence safely in one place so you can use it if needed.
