Difference between Private Trust & Private Foundations
Hello, about 2 years ago I began the investigations setting up Private Foundation via the advice of Peter Duff who was introduced here. I have not yet been successful with establishing this. I would like to know how this offer to establish a Non registered Trusts is related to or is very different to setting up a Private Foundation. Where can I learn more – is Peter duff still contributing to SE? thank you

Thank you, Yes I’ve been watching the videos and seeing the special offer of Non Registered trusts. I will continue to review all your links. I was wandering if the work i’ve begun with Peter Duff and Private Foundations is still relevant to pursue

You can have both a Trust and Foundation, as to whether you want both, that depends on what your needs are and whether you want both. They both have separate uses and also some similarities.
