  hey there i have created a private trust im a trustee and my mom is primary beneficiary and i bought a property . Does this purchase gonna effect my moms pension in any way ?

  No as it is in the private any transactions with your Mother as beneficiary are not able to be seen in the public unless you invite them in. The beneficiaries are not liable for anything in the Trust only the Trustees are.
