What is the form to move a motion to have a case striken for a court summary?
Followed the Module 36 process to discharge SPER debt, license was suspended while negotiating with SPER. Three and half weeks ago pulled over by police and given notice to appear for suspension of license. Set up a payment plan to lift suspension need license for work. Booked an appointment with Reyna and she stated, we need to fill out a form with evidence SPER acknowledges receipt of payment plan and file motion to have case closed.(Still waiting for information to proceed). We don’t have much time left as we have to appear in court on the 17th April. Does anyone know what form Reyna is referring to?

Could be a Certificate of Acknowledgement, which you would probably make up yourselves. Alternatively you could look at court documents online and search for one there.

This isn’t to answer your question, this is just my opinion as it relates to the topic in general. people should be taking steps to get out of this fraudulent system for good, at least at an individual level since 95% of the country has been irreversibly psychologically damaged. this is no way to live. as long as people have licenses and all these other contracts that create what the americans call “minimum contacts”, its still slavery….. and all men are either free men or slaves. there is no in between, personally i believe in total defeat or total victory. as the maxim goes peace is to be secured by victory, not negotiations………i think the best thing that could happen for this country is if somehow everyone lost their jobs on the same day, just for a month. so people can lift up their heads and see what’s going on around them. Quite frankly most jobs in this country are a front to keep this elaborate scam going. That’s why you will never not have jobs because it would be catastrophic to them….and thats why they mess with peoples heads almost on a daily basis about unemployment rates so people cling on to them for dear life….

Yes Welcome to the Matrix…. We are all on the same page. But until we reconvey and correct our status not much will change. I’m learning these processes to understand the fraud that has been committed but at the same time if I need to survive in the Matrix I have to get on with it and get the job done.

I agree. exiting from the system has its own set of problems. Isn’t it better to learn how to operate safely within it so we still can use the parts of it that are helpful to us?
