That was great that he was confident and got everything on camera. However he was taking a risk that he could have inflamed the situation. I like the way Mark teaches us to ask questions because then there is no controversy and you have gathered the information you need to hold your position without anyone getting angry. I believe in America it is much easier to get a lawyer to defend you in these cases and there are big dollars to be made. In NZ and Aus and UK not so much and lawyers are very reluctant to defend us when this happens although if it is an open and shut case and you have the right evidence they will sometimes take it on and win a settlement for you.

Knowing your position would help in remaining calm and confident. This is a snippet and we don’t see the before and after. Unfortunately with male ego, it does become a banging on the chest stand-off. I’m guilty of it and I hope that I can keep my sarcasm to a minimum, if this ever happens. I ask the questions from now on and I also set the terms and conditions. I hope to never get a Lawyer again. I wish to remain and operate in Private, and anyone pulling me into Public without my consent, is mixing Jurisdictions and will be put on Notice.
