The following module I would use to pursue what you are after:
Module 6: Deliver Payment By Way Of Money Order (Acceptance For Value “A4V”) To Discharge A Debt
Module 7: Deliver Payment By Way Of Bill Of Exchange To Discharge A Debt
Module 8: Deliver Payment By Way Of Promissory Note To Discharge A Debt
Module 10: Strategies to discharge Credit Card Debt
Although I have not done what you seek, those modules and a good study of the bills of exchange act I think would help you out. It is where I would start.
I do remember Mark talking about a discharging bills but only in passing. It may be easier to put a bills on a credit card, max it out and then discharge the credit card. If you are going to discharge the household bills by an alternative method you will have to realise that there is probably a high likely hood that the water, electric, etc will be turned off. Now if you are ready for that then by all means give then hell.
The amount of effort and consequences you may encounter might not warrant going after the household bills but I pray you may know more than me and will get us a story of success.

thanks for ur response. Yea i am getting the sense that none of these modules i bought, actually work. As i have been arrested and tried for compensation over alot of these, particularly traffic stuff. and liens and complaints are dismissed/ignored outright.

How were you ‘tried for compensation’? What did that relate to, if you don’t mind me asking? It’s not easy, and the letters are only a fraction of the process. We’re all learning. What works for one may not work for another.

I am not sure exactly what you are referring too but I do feel your frustration. You just have to keep trying, they (the system) want you to give up. I will tell you the one thing I have learnt and that is it is harder to get something from the system then to defend yourself against them when they want something from you. Hang in there mate, it takes time and effort but at the end of the day you are doing what is right and that trumps over everything.
