Information on being arrested please
Posted by Danny on April 24, 2023 at 9:40 amHi Team,
I would like to ask if arrested what is the max/minimum time the police have have before I am to see a judge for judgement?
Also if the cop arrests falsely of course and refuses to take my notices and fee schedule seriously, how can I get my remedy as I will not have his contact details only his name and if I’m lucky his station of operation.
I know I can lodge a complaint through their system but I’m asking how to set him up via the equitable estoppel process if he does not provide me his details?
Thank you all 😊

Do you have any video evidence of his dishonour or is this just a hypothetical question? Which webinars have you watched around these questions?

Module 65 is How To deal With Being Arrested and has lots of great information there.

I have watched them all but didn’t see anything on if the cop doesn’t provide his/her details.
I had a issue with a cop yesterday and it’s all good now but for future because when I asked for their details they don’t provide them. I guess I can call the police stations and send the demand notices and fee schedule there maybe?

Did you ask if he was an Officer of the LAW and are you under Oath? Are you upholding your Oath today? They have to be Fair, Jus, Accountable, Honourable and Transparent. Integrity and All that Jazz! If S/He is an Officer of the Law, they can’t be an Officer of the Legal at the same time. By Law they must Identify themselves, they could be an Impersonator and you would never contract with someone you don’t know.

I did better then that mate, meaning I went into more detail.
They had nothing on me.

I got parts of it, I have tried to upload it but I think it’s not big.

Yeah, I have had the same with recordings of conversations with them. I can send other videos or Airdrop, but for some reason anything to do with this stuff, struggles. Good luck with it all Mate

One option is to carry their Code of Conduct with you as well and ask them questions around that if they refuse to give their details. You need to ask every question three times as well if they are refusing to answer and after three questions you have the commercial energy to answer for them. Your remedy is in the fact they have broken their code of conduct and that you have evidence of that recorded on film that you can use in an affidavit to prove their claim has no standing and is therefore null and void as due process has not been followed. These are just suggestions and not advice and you need to keep studying and you will learn the options you have for dealing with these situations and if you role play you will be ready for them in any further encounters.

Thank you Morag-Janet, the code of conduct is a great way to put pressure on the to provide.

I use a stand alone camera to record any interactions. This is the one I use https://www.trademe.co.nz/a/marketplace/electronics-photography/video-cameras/security-spy-cameras/listing/4095392253
