My notice to conditional accept a court summons
Hi All,
So I had a altercation with a cop the other week and he got my details from my rego.
I never consented so I’m all good in that department.
I don’t really want to discuss or explain that whole side of it all but rather ask what peoples thoughts are to my idea.
My options are to pursue him for the false claims, (which I am and will update everyone on soon) and hope he removes the infringement. Which I have done but the response was that he is in the clear without looking at the evidence. I’m now looking going for his insurance so again I’ll update when I know more.
Or send in a copy of my license which shows I reserved my rights. And I’ll send it with a notice of demand with some set up questions.
Or I can book a court date online and conditionally accept the court offer. I did this a year ago over my rates and it worked. Thanks the Darren Dickson by the way for that information.

My question is if I send my license showing I reserved my rights with a notice will they honour it? Or will they not acknowledge it and I have to keep sending notices etc.
I am leaning towards book a court date and have the register take the liability.
What are people’s thoughts?
