  1. She is talking about Common Law but these courts are not in that jurisdiction and only use case law but as they are not common law courts but commercial courts then this is about contracting and consent. We each have the power to learn how to say no in the correct way to any offers they may put forward including the vaccines. If we submit without doing our due diligence then we are acting as persons who are consenting. If we consent then we wear the liability and it is much harder to get justice from that end of the equation. If we learnt the processes on here (some are very simple and others take a few months to get one’s head around) then we can head them off at the pass and stop it proceeding by doing a conditional acceptance process. We were offered vaccines by text and we simply said, ‘thank you for your kind offer however we respectfully decline and we withdraw any implied consent for you to share this text with any other party’. They made the offer three times and we always gave the same reply and then they just disappeared. We prepared our property by putting up gates cameras and trespass signs and prepared scripts and documentation that would allow us to deal with any offers from any party. So it forced us to grow up and take full responsibility for any approaches made. This ensured we wouldn’t need lawyers and long drawn out court cases. The parents of these offspring need to search out sources of good information so they can protect their offspring. If they think they can rely on court cases to save their offspring they will be waiting a long time.
