    This discussion was at 100 miles per hour and I used word to transcribe.
    I listened to this very late at night but found I was on the edge of my seat with my ears pricked up.
    Please be aware that word does not transcribe very accurately but you will be able to scan the document and find the websites you get directed to learn more from these amazing souls should you wish to run down that rabbit hole.
    Remeber you are the director of your learnings. You know what you have to fine tune your learnings with. Do this learning for the good of Woman and Man
