  • Door’s open against NSW Health over data erasure

    Hi everyone,

My ex-student, Xin-Yin Ooi, managed to expose in an NCAT case against the NSW Health that the agency actually erased the data used to generate the daily and weekly Covid Summary Reports.

You might be aware of this already but here’s the news article just in case

    https://www.news.com.au/technology/science/human-body/nsw-health-erased-data-used-in-weekly-covid-surveillance-reports/news-story/2d4e3f9622d9398267c627f4da8975cb

She sought to challenge her employer over suspending her and 40 colleagues over their refusal to take the vaccines. While the employer has reinstated the staff members, they did not receive their backpay that amounted to over a month’s pay.

Xin-Yin is in the process of filing a case to court against her employer. She is self-representing and is on a tight schedule. I’ve let her know to join this forum which she will after she gets her case filed and hopefully the court is willing to hear it.

We have been discussing the strategies that government lawyers use to try to dismiss her claim. My perspective is that using what she discovered, some of us can file separate claims in court to have NSW Health disclose publicly the documents behind who authorised the data be erased, as well as any individual claims against your employers or government for wrongful fines, dismissals and damages sustained from the lockdowns and vaccine mandates.

    She has opened the door.

Time for us to walk in.

    God bless,

    Brian

Going to court and successfully holding ones position is a steep learning curve, so it would be best to start looking at all of the webinars you can on this subject and buying the appropriate modules to enable you to have templates to use.
