This guy has some pretty good info, I’m in the process of doing the rescission and also Power of Attorney over the original security (source document)
Im being rushed as I have been presumed surety for the person with traffic court and they’re threatening prison for “driving no licence, no rego or insurance for a 2nd time”
I never went to the first court date because they never issued a summons or notice to appear, it was a presumed bail agreement that I didnt even sign, they told me it was a bail application (electronic signature) which I signed under duress and with the all rights reserved signature which is clearly on the drivers licence.
Also doing a 3 step notice to the sergeant as they took the automobile which is held in trust (Marks product) to the impound lot for ransom. You know its all about the money and the estate when they threaten a man who has clearly never harmed or trespassed against anyone his entire life with prison….

I spoke to a lady (on zoom) in WA who has her vehicle unregistered also just managed to buy a vehicle from a dealer unregistered and in only her Christian name , travelled for a number of years with plates (made ) and the vehicle is registered on PPSR . Not with dept transport She also surrendered her licence as does not use the mv for commercial purposes. When pulled over and asked for her DL , she said she didn’t have one , was not a driver just travelling in private capacity . They checked the vehicle electronic search and let her go , no fine . I am really keen to learn more about this . I also have had a SPER debt since Feb last year and another late last year but have not yet suspended my licence . I have been listening a lot of Bill Turner’s I fo of late also very interesting . The lady I speak of is part of the group “The Commonwealth of Australia” group Jillian . I wish you well. Matter of trial and error sometimes
