Bailiff setup information
Hi all,
I am supplying my feedback on a few ideas I have thought of in regards to bailiffs or licensed field agents.
So the documents I am putting up are,
1, Setup questions for the bailiff or licensed field agents.
2, Notice of Conditional acceptance
Under the Uniform civil procedure rules you can file a conditional notice of intention to defend in rule 144. Subsection 4 of rule 144 you file an order under rule 16 (b) to declare that an originating process has not been properly served.
Not sure how this will go as there might be some push back as we know the rules are implied and not expressed within the corrupt system.
I am going to try this out as I have a bailiff looking for my name atm so ill update in the near future.
