Immunisation register.
Posted by Brian on June 27, 2023 at 8:07 pmAny tips on up to date effective solutions to avoid a 3 y.o. having to have “immunisation register” up to date in order to attend pre-school?

Do all preschools have to have an immunisation register? Perhaps there is one that doesn’t have this requirement?
You could try a conditional acceptance saying they take liability for any damages once your child is immunised (even though you don’t plan on “immunising”)?
Perhaps you could send three notices to the relevant government department asking if they will take liability for damages from immunisation? If they fail to respond or take liability it is an agreement that they are not safe and that it isn’t mandatory etc.
These are just ideas, I assume most preschools would be pretty strict with following the “rules” because of “safety”.

Here’s some ideas. You can also use a statutory declaration
<font face=”Helvetica, serif”>https://www.service.nsw.gov.au/transaction/nsw-statutory-declaration-forms
. I made the cards and you could make similar for your 3 year old with Acts or an excerpt from the Immunisation handbook or There is a lawful reason for my child to be exempt etc on the back of the card to support the exemption
service.nsw.gov.au
Prepare a NSW statutory declaration (stat dec)
If you need to make a statutory declaration, find out how to download and complete the document, prove your identity, and find an authorised witness.

Here’s a worldwide group that you may be able to join and get a card for your offspring which says MUST NOT BE VACCINATED on it and some other forms you might like to use.

Here’s something you could show them if they are interested.
The Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900/1901 (UK) (the constitution;
Section 51(xxiiiA): Compulsory medical service, or civil conscription for that service, is unlawful.

Thanks. It seems to be something like…. If you want your kid in the state school system then they must be jabbed. If you don’t want to jab them, then send them elsewhere. Not really being forced. Sort of.

Here’s a letter that can be presented to any school in respect of the vaccination question.

You could look up legislation on blackmail and show it to them.
