  Info on 3rd party please

  If a Credit Card corporation assigns it’s rights under the credit facility to a third party, is that now a legal agreement between myself and the new 3rd party?

  Would the non consent process work in a magistrate civil proceeding to the valve of $50,000 or less?

  Or is the non consent process mostly for infringement cases?

  When you signed up for the credit card was the third party also included? if not then you have no contract with them and you must let them know using the correct type of letter. Then deal with the credit card business with 3 notice process. Going to court is last resort when you understand the letters and court environment.
