  Bad Debt

  Hi all, wondering if someone can assist. My hubby & myself operate a small business. My hubby is too trusting of others. We did a job for a gentleman a year ago. We have been waiting to hear from him to complete the remainder of the job. A year later we heard he had someone else complete the work so we sent him an invoice for the work we did. He said we waited to long to send an invoice so he doesn’t have to pay. I guess our next step is send final notice of claim but we only have his name & email but no address. The work carried out was on his sons block. Any assistance would be appreciated. I guess I’m asking 1. How do I find his residential address or do I need it & 2. Is Final Notice of Claim my next step.
