Once the horrific labour abuse of the poor populations stopped and the advent of labour laws, electricity for refrigerators to enable storage of meat, and more hygienic conditions through better plumbing and cleaner toilets and wash houses and wages that were more than adequate, then there was a correlation in a huge dive in the incidence of death and disease, BEFORE the introduction of questionable vaccines.
