Renting a property through a Private (Non-registered) Trust
Hey everyone, I’ve read through quite a lot of discussions and couldn’t seem to find any specific info regarding the collection of cashflow from a property, through a Private (Non-registered) Trust.
Just wondering what kind of rental agreement will suffice and if there are any key things to look out for?
If anyone can shed some light on this process in the private realm, through their own personal experiences it would be greatly appreciated.
I don’t have a Private (Non-registered) Trust yet, but I am planning on getting one in the near future.
