    Sheriff’s Office Letter

    Hi Folks

    I have been sent 2 traffic infringement fines recently. To counter these I sent the usual No Contract forms and also Conditional Acceptance letters as per the resources from SE. Now I have received a Sheriff’s letter. I have not opened it as I wanted some advice. Should I send it back to them with a no contract etc notice or open it and write them another letter? If so which letter should I use? Any help appreciated.
