How does one officially declare their sovereignty in Australia?

In America there’s a document that can be filed, so that when a sovereign gets pulled over they show the policy enforcer this document. This document is certified by a court of competent jurisdiction; a court official has signed off on the individual-sovereign’s right to travel, and the policeman must accept this.

(The doc is a UCC-1 filing I believe, or it might be something completely separate to UCC-1)

Is there a an equivalent in Australia?

in Australia, There is the PPSR, however, the UCC-1 is International. Having the most standing in this matter I believe.

Have you ever heard of an ‘Australian citizen’ (residing in Australia) filing a UCC1? Could it be done?

Yes, as it is an international document. The is a pack available for purchase on SE…. The Australian version of this is the PPSR but really only covers you for Aus. Additionally, you don’t even want to look at yourself as a Citizen but rather to my knowledge, a living man/ national.

        Thanks

And must one take the measure of filing are UCC-1 in order to protect their sovereign rights? Or can a man just as easily enforce these same rights even without taking the measure of officially declaring sovereignty via a UCC-1 filing (maintaining certain contracts with the government such as a license, whilst still holding their position as a flesh and blood man)

There are multiple ways of doing such things. You can do a UCC or PPSR and/or Notify any relevant agencies GG, BDM, Police, or Courts in an affidavit of living testimony. I strongly suggest downloading the Document pack on UCC and looking more deeply into why you do these things. Such as the CQV 1666

I’ll attach a website that covers the basics.
