Promissory note – original contract (statement) useless, so would a print be ok?
Hi guys, I am just getting all documentation together regarding sending a promissory note for a credit card, and I have accidentally printed on the front of the statement (contract) when i was trying to print the default and liability clause onto the back :/ Do I need to wait another 7-10 days for a new statement to be sent out (as the customer service lady just told me on the phone it will take this long :/) or should I ring tomorrow and ask for it to be sent by email and print and use this one. Though is a colour print off ok to use, if not sent by mail? Appreciate peoples feedback 🙂

You could wait for a new statement, it would probably be best to enable you to start from scratch.

I had the same issue and chose to wait for the bank issued statement to come in the mail. If it’s only a matter of days, I think it’s the better way to go personally as it’s their documentation sent to you that you are using 🙂
