  • DIVORCE: NON-CONSENT PROCESS

Posted by J on September 7, 2023 at 2:58 pm

I just found out today that my father has been cheating on my mother for a year and a half. (I found some very disgusting photos)

My father has never earned a dime for himself, therefore he’s got not no money in this bank account, just the inheritance of his Jewish parents in a trust fund. My parents currently live at a place together and my father parents own this property. My father doesn’t own a property himself until he inherits one, and he’s tryna fasttract this divorce so that he doesn’t inherit anything that my mum would have entitlements to or be given until a divorce is finalised. It hasn’t been brought to court yet and my mother hasn’t seeked legal advice, but I’m sure that my father has seeked legal advice from his family of lawyers and apparently my father had put it to my mother a date of which their separation started a couple months ago via text message and said something about an affidavit, SHE HAS NOT AGREED TO THIS OFFER YET, and I just found out he’s been cheating on her for a year and a half now.

How can the non-consent process / 3-step-processes be applied in a divorce proceeding? (Additional advice is also appreciated)

P.S I also found some Naked photos of the Cunt Bitch who is the home-wrecker, and I’m more than willing to play dirty.

Thank you so much helpful men and women, for helping me help my mama.
