Public requirements to reach certification
As part of a practitioner course I’m almost set to complete, I’m required to get public liability and indemnity insurance, and a director ID /ABN in order to get my certification. I’m just wondering how I go about doing this when operating in the private? Or if you have any advice in how to handle this step with the school ?
I’m set up in a private trust (through SE) but operating a sole business under a trust I’m not sure how to do. I’ve never worked for myself before and excited about this business in the healing arts I’m about to embark on, but I want to set this up right from the beginning.

if you are getting educated through the public system then you need to obey what they want to get a certificate. In the private you are in a higher jurisdiction and don’t need their certification. But if you want it just play the game until you have it and then only operate after you have gained it in the private. You need to learn how to do this competently.
