  just checking…to convey assets to trust, by way of donation, i just do an affidavit saying I, my name, donate such and such asset to, Name of trust, on, date and thats it?

  if it is via bill of exchange, i.e., i sell assets to trust (can be for market value or less) specifying my terms and conditions.
