Has anyone had success with lodging a formal complaint about the police?<div>I contacted the insurance for the police in my state and was told that I can not lodge the complaint with them directly.</div><div>I have lodged a complaint with the police themselves but they said they see no issue.</div><div>I asked the insurance company how do I know if the police forward my complaint and their answer was you have to ask them.</div><div>I just wanted to know if someone has had success.</div><div>Also the insurance company told me to see legal aid if I feel my complaint is not being taken serious. </div>

You will not notice much happening, but if two othrs over time put in formal complaints about the same employee, then he/she will most likely have his/her job terminated because every time a complaint is made it has to be forwarded to their indemnity insurer and after 3 complaints the insurers will pull the insurance making the employee non viable to continue working. Have you seen this? https://solutionsempowerment.org/webinar-file-a-formal-complaint-to-achieve-your-favoured-outcome/ and this https://solutionsempowerment.org/p/module-25-file-a-formal-complaint-to-achieve-your-favoured-outcome/

    Hi Morag,

I have watched the first link but I don’t believe the second one.

I have only lodged my complaint to the local station so tonight i plan to lodge it to the the main headquarters and the Crime and Corruption Commission. Thank you for your reply.

I went into the court house today to ask so questions about being legally served and they said the UCPR do not apply when it comes to the police issuing you a summons.

Not sure if this is true or not but im not going to dispute the serving as i have now the document that gave rise to thr birth certificate, so ill just be taking that to court.

I can not believe they are still coming at me, such crazy this world.
