  • To challenge jurisdiction or to state you do not consent?

    Hi,

My question to anyone and everyone, what do people think is the best option when dealing with court, Please note I mean court dealings with only infringements and around $50,000 and less civil cases.

To challenge justification or to state you do not consent?

I just have read that some people who state they do not consent find it harder to get across the line.
