You always need to file whatever you want the judge to look at otherwise he can’t ‘see’ it.

A friend filed his affidavits and exhibits and the judge still refused to look at them
and said that the court clerk should never have accepted them.

Thank you, I ask because in few webinars Mark (states there a problem with the court procedure and asks the judge to look at his document showing his source ID document/ARR documment) so I was not sure if you could just do that or you do that but be sure to have it filed first.

This will help you….The Court Role play webinar and buy the module for
this webinar. It has scripts in it you can use for court. The judge is
making him offers only when he makes claims that he can’t accept your documents, if they are filed then he by his own rules needs to look at them and take them into account. If you go to
court you have to prepare and role play. If you don’t your chances of losing will be much higher. Here’s a webinar for you to start with https://solutionsempowerment.org/webinar-court-role-play-how-to-competently-address-court-win-your-case-and-or-have-the-case-set-aside-sine-die-or-dismissed/…here’s the module that goes with it …https://solutionsempowerment.org/p/module-17-court-role-play-how-to-competently-address-court-win-your-case-and-or-have-the-case-set-aside-sine-die-or-dismissed/

          Hi,

Yes I watched that one last night, I will be watching multi able times though, I am most definitely role playing and just stick to my scrip .

I plan to just enjoy the process as this will help with my mind frame and to hopefully change the energy in the room.

I have nailed it when it comes to all my other altercations (road siide) but my problem is I am too nice and end up trying to let them see the realm we really live in.

I need to face reality and that is they sell their souls so what is the point.

Absolutely. Remember to record in court to get your own record for your protection and to enable you to hold them to account for incorrect behaviour and decisions. I went to court with a friend who didn’t record. We asked for a transcript and they had taken out anything that incriminated them. We had a script with us which helped enormously. Even though we didn’t get the result we hoped for we counted it as a victory and a learning curve as it was the first time we had done it. Also it would pay to take in witnesses and if possible have an advocate beside you. I acted as advocate and even though I couldn’t speak, I kept pointing to things on the script for her to ask. We felt great afterwards and celebrated at a cafe.

I have a recorder but my gf will be at work so bit hard to get a witness, I plan to go to police station soon and get the court brief from the prosecution, also record and ask if they have jurisdiction over my source document (just to warm me up) lol.

I will be letting them know I will be asking the same in court.

Happy to hear you took the positives out of it, this is going to be much the same for me. Win, Lose or draw i am winning because I am doing what is right.

              Thanks for the feedback.
