Can you borrow a car? meanwhile you need to learn how to challenge what they have donein a 3 step conditional acceptance with affidavit and include a default and liability clause. When you have attained a private agreement you can then (if you wish to) send them an invoice for the amount stipulated in the default and liability clause.

Thanks so much Morag. I have bought about 15 modules of this website. and car impound was not one of them unfortunatly. So, is the conditional accept affidavit you speak of, that i send, the same one as is in the infringement module? or is it something different? and do i send that to the tow company that took it?

Yes Module 19 Options to Deal with Infringements has some great templates/examples of the three step notice with affidavit.
-
There’s also a module for only $29 Module 16 Default & Liability Clause & Notice (Your Terms and Conditions in a Contract) that has an example of a default and liability clause.

Thanks Morag. Appreciate it. i get that one. And no, cant borrow a car.

No but if I was you I would contact the Common Law Court guy Alex and ask him what the next best move would be (he was very helpful to me when I first started this journey and he is a morally upstanding guy) email: themootcourtofterraaustralis at g mail dot com Here is a video of his; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TMdh0IxSFlY He accepts donations.

Well i tell you what, my experience was COMPLETLY different to that. I used the same method as that guy, but they do not listen. i was ripped out of the car and car towed. I think the cops have got an internal memo telling them to arrest immediately and tow regardless of the Law. Its getting worse, i think due to more people doing it.

Dave, did you record your incident and did you say 3 times you don not consent? Also did you get the Badge numbers of the ones that instigated the interaction? If so, you go after them personally for Breach of trust. By saying you do not consent for your Estate Name to being the Surety for the commercial transaction. Now they have breached it. They don’t have any Title Insurance with their Indemnity Insurance, because no insurer will cover something they can not claim to have. Single them out and make it personal on them, they can’t hide behind the corporation and anyone going up against you and making a Adverse Claim, better give their Personal Information.
-
Notice the Sergeant didn’t give his badge number up first. He didn’t want to be liable. The Man should not have worried about the others and focus just on him. He is calling the shots, then the liability will be with him and anyone else that chooses to get involve, will be held accountable separately. All you need is the Badge number, because it is linked to their details, including their indemnity Insurance and it is great to express that out loud and clear. If he doesn’t understand or comply, then ask for his senior and their Name, Badge number and indemnity Insurance number and let them know they are going to be held personally liable for the Interaction/Transaction.
They are making it personal and we are not Persons. We are Men and Women and we are supreme over them. A corporation has no jurisdiction over Wo/Man and they need reminding of that or at least to be educated. Ignorance of the Law works on them as well, they are bound by their own legislation, we are only bound by it, if we choose to be.

Here’s some more information

Hey Dave,
They didn’t steal it, as they own it. No one owns their car. They all come from a DealerSHIP and the Government keeps the Makers Registration/Statement, much like the Birth Registration. You pay for the right to have it in your possession and to use it in their system, Registration, License, Insurance, etc and all of these are Securities to generate money/credit/futures

Thanks for ur reply, yes i know that, but not really helpful.
-
There’s another comment I heard about this ownership thing, if they don’t have the bill of sale then they have no proof of ownership, if you have the bill of sale/receipt for the purchase then you do. All they own is the paperwork attached via registration, the same as a house, they don’t own the house just the paper title. Possession is 9/10ths of the law.
-
The Title is in their possession. It’s the title that controls it. So if it’s in their Custody, that would make them the Trustee and the ones obligated to perform for you. You have an equitable interest in it, since you funded their car. Maybe they owe you the money. Also they are ones who are liable, not the other way around.
