    Hi all,

Me again. I just a thought. Would it be worth filling out the attached form and going to court to get my licence reinstated? I know you try to avoid court where possible. However, I think this may be the ideal approach with an affidavit and exhibits attached. Not going behind the bar and giving them the general spill about being living, beneficiaries/executor ect. I have proof that I offered to pay where I accepted trustee and received no response as a condition that would be discharged, given tacit agreement. Should I give this approach a try or not likely to succeed?

I would provide affidavit that a 3 notice process and estoppel has taken place with no response. I’ll offer fer again to settle the matter a fourth time. Provide affidavit again. I’ll then do an affidavit rebutting the 12 presumptions and not that I need to but provide live birth record and write that I on multiple occasions RTS letters as It was not in my name so by autographing this form I’m not committing perjury.

The second option is just drive around and give the road side spill. However, I wouldn’t want the truck or crane I’m driving for work get impounded. What is the likely hood of this happening in Western Australia?

What are the thoughts of this?
