  I accidentally sent notices to the boss and NOT THE PROSECUTOR

  I have court coming up on 20 October. I’ve already sent my first and second notice to both the informant, and who I thought was the prosecutor….. however, I just found out that the man who I thought was the prosecutor is actually not the prosecutor, but the boss who signed off on the charge sheet.

  I completely messed up and turns out. I haven’t sent any of the notices to the actual prosecutor. What should I do?

  The best thing to do is start again and ask for an adjournment on the court day if you haven’t finished.. The least period of days you can give them to reply is three days.
