    Hi, a) is attcahed. A question for you folkes;
    Would this (attached) ‘TOW-Notice’ be only good to issue this car AFTER I’ve gotten my car back?
    Or as a means to retreive it back (as a means to actually GET IT BACK).
    I have had my automobile abducted by Vicpolice. They are demanding I pay $1000 to retrieve my car. I am keen to do a BoE, however my primary objective is to GET MY CAR BACK.

    Is the PDF I’ve attached to this post (Titled Tow Notice) sufficient as a means to retrieve car back? or only to extinguish a debt-‘owed’ once car has already been retrieved back?

    thank you folks

    That looks great. Where you have crossed out the sentence diagonally remember to initial it at the right hand top of the line crossing it out.

    Also be prepared to hold your postion and to know the right questions to ask if for example they try to tell you it is not relevant or you are committing fraud or they don’t recognise it etc etc.

    Mmm I like the idea of using a Notice of Liability, The attached file isn’t mine however, but do you think that such a Notice qwould be useful as a means for obtaining car back? or only useful to extinguishing debt once car has already been obtained back?

      it’s good to try lots of different approaches and that way you learn which ones are more effective and different ones can be effective in different situations. A lot depends on the people you are corresponding with and how receptive, (or maybe intimidated?) they are by your notices and also how ethical they might be. Another decider is who is prepared to hold their position the longest, you or the adversary.
