  trust questions

  hi some questions if i may……..have a Solution Empowerments trust………just myself as trustee with two beneficieries (of which i am one)……if I, or other beneficiery passes (hopefully, not soon!) does that null and void the trust?..because It would leave it missing either a trustee/beneficiery at this stage there is no secondary trustee/beneficiery. on this happening woud assets be disposed to whomever had been stipuated by the relevant parties will/included in trust minutes?

  second question….or rather confirmation, cant have foreign,secondary beneficieries can it (have to be Aussies)? couuld it have a foreign, secondary trustee?

  final question….can foreign property be included as an asset?

  i will re read trust deed and scan website, but would really appreciate it if anyone got any pointers as still learning. Many thanks

  You need to contact Mark at the address you would have been given, when you received for the Trust deed, to clarify this.
