  When Completing The Contract?

  1. If John & Mary Smith are the trustees of the J & M Family Trust, is the name of the Buyer:

     John Smith & Mary Smith as Trustees for the J & M Family Trust.

     OR

     Is it better to put it the other way around like below, because on certain docs there’s a character limit, therefore sometimes hiding the Trustee information?

     J & M Family Trust, John Smith & Mary Smith as Trustees.

     Please answer if you have had experience with Buying with a trust or have any information to share that could help with filling out the transfer of title / contracts with sellers
