I’m wondering who exactly to address for my infringement. TMR, FAMD, QRO. Has anyone else has done a BOE for an infringement before SPER are involved?

This is the BOE example for SPER :

AND ADDITIONAL ENDORSEMENTS FOR ACCOUNT/2012 Queensland Government, Queensland Revenue Office Party ID 54782487 Contact ID 34404854

(Note – The party ID, and Contact ID are located to the trop right of the example SPER Statement)

My attempt at adding the infringement info:

ADD ADDITIONAL ENDORSEMENTS FOR ACCOUNT/2024 Queensland Government, Queensland Revenue Office, Fine Administration and Management division Infringement Notice Number 2132155597 Customer Number 108758603 Full Payment Reference Number 1021019961255

(These numbers I have included are circled in the picture of my fine in yellow).

Simon McKee is the commissioner of the Queensland revenue office, and also the registrar of SPER.

But TMR may be the accounts department and the ones I should be send payment to. It isn’t clear who sent the fine, which is by design I would say.

For others, I’ve added Simon McKees details and roles below:

    Simon McKee

    The commissioner

    Queensland Revenure Office

1 william street, Brisbane, Queensland, 4000

    Simon McKee

    The Registrar

    State Penalties Enforcement Registry

GPO Box 1387, Brisbane, Queensland 4000

Maybe include a cover letter if they are at separate addresses asking them to pass it on to the correct party or to notify you of who the correct party is? Maybe ring his office to find out if he is the one you send correspondence to in lieu of a fine?
