First court (non-appearance) appearance in the state that I commonly reside
I have an upcoming matter, which will be heard in Victorian court for an alleged driving offence.
I probably have 20 or so pending matters in this jurisdiction (letters/party invitations) that I have filed, refused or neglected, to reply to due to laziness. I’m worried that these will be all brought up and addressed at the court matter for this alleged driving offence. <b style=”font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit; -webkit-text-size-adjust: 100%;”>Will this possibly happen and is it jurisdictionally possible, or would the magistrate not even touch on these (irrelevant) matters that are within the same jurisdiction?
