These police didn’t tell her what she was arrested for and she had paid the debt at the petrol station as soon as she realised it was still outstanding. The police told her it would be ok if she paid it and then they claimed she had stolen it dragged her out of her house in her underwear, left her 12 yr old offspring at home without her to process and charge her.
