  Successfull Liability Discharge Leads to BAD Credit Report with EQUIFAX

  Hi Friends ,

  Just wanted to share some Success with using Promissory Notes to discharge a Credit card and a Personal loan using this method. It took about a year or so of holding position with back and forth correspondance , the only downside was the bad credit rating that was added againts me with Equifax. I am interested to hear if anyone else had this occur to them even though the debt itself was written off. I want to avoid this from happening on future discharges of course , any comments would be appreciated !! Cheers
