  BOE – Trust as the Drawer/Drawee

  I was just wondering if anyone would know if I can possibly do a BOE for a Notice received for a trust? So, the Drawee is the trust name.
  In our case they have not addressed a specific person. It only says sir/madam. The trust name is who it is addressed to, and would be the Drawee/Drawer.

  Can this be done?

  I can add the treasury to my default even if they aren’t on the notice itself? I remember somewhere Mark may have mentioned we can add them there if they aren’t on the notice.
