Moving property title into trust in NSW
could someone please point me in the direction of the steps to take to do this? poked around online and contacted NSW land registry and they have directed us to PEXA which requries a lawyer to oversee the process.
any help would be appreciated thanks.

To add another question to yours, can a property be sold into a trust for a “non market” value ie a land only govt valuation or even any amount the owner may choose?

I’ve just acquire our private family trust and would like help knowing how to transfer our estate into the trust. I know we need to employ the services of a solicitor but need to know how to approach it. Is there a webinar perhaps? We are based in the UK but our property is in the Caribbean
