    Hello,

I got stuck on the fidelity site to put in my details to find my CUSIP# as the site offers selection of American states only and I am born and live in Oz. I tried contacting two Forensic Accountant service websites in Australia three weeks ago and they never replied to the email.

I heard on the discharging debt webinar that the CUSIP# can sometimes be found on the back of the BC.

The main numbers on the back of my BC from VIC are listed as two seperate barcodes.

    Bottom right: 10107201753

    Bottom left: JMC-POS-1551362-1-1

The original plan was to discharge my University loan debt, but since going through the tax audit process I have just been given a penalty notice of some $19k due in two weeks for recklessness. It will be good to have a solid backup system of payment in place as I now do the letter to the deputy tax commissioner and appropriate affidavit to hold my position (already having used original source document and UCC1 as evidence in response to the original audit letter and appropriate affidavit of expenses).

I am prepared to pay the $1600USD odd to a forensic accountant if needed to not only help my own situation that amounts to about just close to 100k in ATO liability total while I am a simple hospital worker but also to learn it for my sister who was lumped with a several hundred thousand ATO debt for them assuming a certain % of cash sales for her past beauty treatment business across several years that has sent her and her children broke.

    Thank you for your time.

    – Phil

It might pay to have a $200 appointment with Mark, he is booked out 1 month in advance.

Have you applied a three step notice process with affidavit to this situation?

In my original correspondence to filing my hard copy paper version of tax form (with appropriate amendments to declaration, signature (adding ‘to the best of my knowledge’ and all rights reserved) I added the ‘declaration in the form of an affidavit’ and a certified copy of my ucc1 form.

In my second correspondence, in replying to the audit letter I included: 1. the ‘affidavit of expenses; 2. Notice letter that gave them two weeks to following my directions as the highest executor and beneficiary of the estate trust addressed to them as the public trustee; 3. Certified copy of my live birth record document; 4. UCC1 form again; 5. Completed simple reconveyence evidence that I have declared not to be a citizen of corporate Australia.

They replied with this penalty notice from the deputy tax commissioner 5 weeks after my second correspondence. Should I have followed up with a breach notice when they did not follow my notice after two weeks?

Now I am up to the third affidavit to be sent to the deputy tax commissioner which I will try complete over the coming few days to send off. And to make sure i include anything necessary in that third correspondence.

Hi I believe they are making you an offer. There is a question in this Q and A that talks about how to respond to an offer of invading your property. Maybe you could apply the principles talked about in this Q and A to your situation? Just look at the list of questions under it to see if you want to look at them or you could look at other Q and As to see if they have dealt with any questions you need answering until you can get an appointment with Mark… https://solutionsempowerment.org/general-qa-14-02-2024/ I don’t know about the reconveyancing process. Where did you learn how to do this and can you go to whoever supplied the information for reconveyancing and ask them what your next best move would be?
