  • Having PayE/G & Self-employed returns to do in the same year

    Hello,

The year that I went from working for an employer to being self employed has both PayE/G & self-employed in the same year. How would i tackle that? would i send in 2 different returns for the same year using the different methods? or somehow combine the 2?

    Thankyou,

    Jace.

Go to the Q and A webinar tonight at 7pm AEDT and ask your question there. Get there promptly and put Q.. before your question so it is easily seen by Mark. … https://solutionsempowerment.org/event/general-qa-march-20/

Hi Jace , I got into trouble a few years back by using the agent in commerce method with a Jp signed Affidavit but didn’t follow Marks advice to the exact letter and process ending up in an audit and a 8 K penalty long story short I researched my ring off and it’s just now gone to an end by way of the ATO not being able to deal with me and have sold the debt to a debt collector much to my delight cause it’s easy to knock off those parasites due to Breach of privacy , Trespass and if of when the time comes for them to contact me (as I’ve been waiting since January to hear from the is send a “conditional acceptance” based on proof that I have a binding contract in place for them to provide me with so I can settle the administrative matter peacefully once I’ve received it from the debt collector but they still haven’t contacted me as yet . I’ve heard recently someone having success simply by filling in the PAYG form normally as per ATO instructions but signing the form with V. C before the signature and received the entire amount back . I’m going to give it a crack this year and see how I go . I don’t mind poking the bear niw I have a private trust in place and other protection documents in place against the parasites . Hope that helps
