  I really like this and they have some great suggestions, however I stopped eating greens about 6 years ago because I found out the natural toxins in them are so detrimental to health over the long term. Yes we need to grow our own sources of meat if at all possible and we can also scout around for farmers that will sell us whole beasts to put in the freezer.
